Our Services

​We provide thought leadership and strategic support to philanthropic organisations interested in transforming their resourcing practices and the philanthropic sector. We champion Black, Pan-African and young feminist organising that seeks to advance transformative change in philanthropy. This may entail increasing resourcing flows to intersectional feminist movements, experimenting with new ways of organising, and redistributing wealth as an act of solidarity to social justice collectives. 

​We lead knowledge production that seeks to increase funding for feminist movements, transform the philanthropic sector and support feminist approaches to organisational development. Through the creation of scoping studies, policy briefs and internal reports, we support individuals and organisations to reflect on their practices and implement transformative approaches to organising. 

We facilitate and convene workshops and sectoral gatherings that enable collectives to jointly shape an emerging future. By working at different levels of scale, our facilitation and learning services supports organisations to transform internal practices, build networks for sectoral transformation, as well as increase funding for feminist movements and initiatives committed to Ending Violence Against Women and Girls (EVAWG). 

We provide strategic leadership to support feminist leadership development and movement-building to end Violence Against Women and Girls (EVAWG). We lead teams, strategies, and initiatives committed to building collective power by coordinating movements, professional networks, and communities of practice.
